Concept:

A highly stylized allegory about the U.S. involvement in Iraq.  The gritty backdrop of an LA project/low-incoming style apartment complex sets the stage for the primary factors leading up to Operation Iraqi Freedom to be personified in complex and conflicted characters.  Despite his wife’s legitimized concerns, a man will choose to stand up for what he believes in and intervene with the domestic abuse and criminal activity that has been transpiring in the neighboring family’s apartment. But nothing is as easy as it seems; collateral damage and innocent death quickly muddy the waters of this man’s struggle with right versus wrong.
